Seas Group was founded in 1992 by sports enthusiast İsmet Özbakır. Recognizing the potential of winter sports and sailing experience within the service economy, Mr. Özbakır rapidly grew Seas Co by providing equipment rental, sports schools, events, F&B, leisure, and accommodation services to both B2C and B2B markets in Turkey and international markets such as Europe and the Middle East.

In 2008, Seas Group expanded its activities into foreign trade, importing and exporting a diverse range of products including mountaineering equipment, car spare parts, snow grooming machinery spare parts, sports equipment, sports and fashion apparel, food and food-related equipment, coffee machines, and raw materials for factory operations.

Seas Group remains committed to prioritizing customer satisfaction and quality service as it continues to pursue its growth objectives.
